DescriptionHi, I'm Shelly (DBA Aubrey Wynt) and a lyricist based in Ventura County. Words have always been at the center of everything that I enjoy, from reading, and writing to playing games and listening to beautiful songs. In June 2025 I created my debut track, "Movin' On". I was hooked from the moment I heard my lyrics put to song, sparking a wave of creativity that led to 35 more songs. Since June, I've been in three publications, had radio play, and appeared on an award-winning podcast. I even caught the eyes of Sat Bisla and Stephen Wrench! At 66 years old, I have a different world view than my younger peers. I feel it gives me a unique advantage of life experiences. My lyrics are steeped in themes of love, growth, and perseverance. They reflect a life chock full of my own stories and the stories of others. I write about topics that matter in the complex world we live in today. I enjoy writing in country, soul, pop, R&B, ballads, and pop genres. I am excited to share my lyrics with the world! I hope you enjoy the clips and feel inspired by my lyrics!
